Radiant Enterprises is part of the group company which was incorporated in the year 1986 with the object of manufacturing PVC Moulded ladies sandles and gents shoes. This unit was set up by importing highly automised complete plants from France and moulds from Belgium.

Our starting point remains the customer. And this approach is built into every aspect of our work through an initiative called Quality Function Development. Here we first listen to our customer, identify their needs and align our processes accordingly. In short all our processes are aimed at achieving customer satisfaction. Radiant is equipped with the state-of -the-art systems and latest technology in infrastructure integrated with best human force available to offer you most reliable products.

The company’s manufacturing unit is located at Vill. Chanalon, Dist. Ropar, Punjab which is an approved Industrial Area developed by Punjab State Industrial Development Corporation(PSIDC). The factory building of the company has been constructed in an area of 15000 Sq. Ft. out of total land of 1.25 Acres. The company’s existing products are being manufactured against specific orders from Multi National Companies for retail and wholesale marketing through out the country and abroad. The present installed capacity of the company is 1.5 Million pair shoes per annum.

The company is managed by qualified and experienced personnel and most of the Senior Executives of the Company have been working with the company since its inception. The company’s Registered & Head Office is situated at Delhi which are equipped with all modern facilities.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY:
The Company gives priority to environment and energy conservation. The company’s manufacturing process does not release any smoke hence Air pollution control procedures are not required. However in the absence of power DG sets are operated and everybody in the factory has been instructed to operate it at optimum loading to improve generation efficiency and control pollution.

The company has planted trees and developed a small garden inside its factory complex, to keep the surroundings green, which is regularly maintained by an experienced gardener.
